Roads will NOT be closed during the race. Runners are advised to
stay to the left side of the roads for safety. Our course is not USATF sanctioned, but has been plotted by the Town of Bedford GIS as 5 km.

Course Map
5k RunThe 5k run begins near the John Glenn Middle School parking lot, and travels a loop from Concord Road through the Revolutionary Ridge neighborhood. There are moderate hills scattered throughout the course, but it is mostly flat through residential neighborhoods. 2.5 K WalkThe 2.5K walk also begins at the same time as the run at John Glenn Middle School. Walkers follow the sidewalks along Concord Road, Great Road and return on Mudge Way and through the High School campus and re-enter the Middle school via a pathway along the track. ParkingWe offer ample parking at the Middle School- and are close enough to walk to the Bedford Day parade and fair. |
